Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vickyae.com. We are committed to delivering a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. This Refund & Replacement Policy outlines the guidelines for processing replacements and refunds in compliance with our fulfillment partner's (Zambeel) standards. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements for products that arrive damaged, faulty, broken, or incorrect. To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The complaint must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the product box and all included accessories.

  • A video or image proof clearly showing the issue must be provided to our customer support team.

If the issue is due to incorrect usage or misunderstanding, our team may guide you on how to use the product correctly before proceeding with a replacement.

Free Replacement Window

  • If the replacement request is made within 7 days of delivery, it will be processed free of charge.

  • Requests made after 7 days and within 30 days may incur charges, as detailed below.

Replacement Process

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will follow one of two procedures:

Option A – Customer Return First:
You ship the product to our warehouse at the following address:
Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse #13, Plot #4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE
Once we receive and inspect the product, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days.

Option B – Courier Pick-Up:
We will schedule a courier to collect the product from you. Please ensure it is properly packed with all original contents. A replacement will be processed and delivered within 14 working days.

Note: Replacements are not offered for cases of "change of mind" or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defects.

Replacement Fees (After 7 Days or in Non-Faulty Cases)

If the product is not faulty, or the 30-day window has expired, the following fees will apply:

  • UAE: 27 AED per replacement

  • KSA: 46 SAR per replacement

Refund Policy

We do not offer a refund policy for regular orders. However, in rare circumstances where a refund is approved (e.g., security concerns or fulfillment failure), the following fees will be charged:

  • Fulfillment & Initial Shipping:

    • UAE: 18 AED

    • KSA: 35 SAR

  • Product Pick-up & Refund Processing:

    • UAE: 9 AED

    • KSA: 11 SAR

In such cases, the sale amount of the transaction will be reversed from your account.

Exceptions: Special-Case Refunds

If Zambeel (our fulfillment partner) deems a case a security or high-risk transaction, a refund may be processed at their discretion. While Zambeel will bear the refund cost, the sale amount will still be reversed from your account. These will be documented in your weekly invoice.
